ChainCatcher news, blockchain analytics company TRM Labs announced the completion of a new funding round of $70 million, led by Thoma Bravo, with participation from Goldman Sachs, PayPal Ventures, Amex Ventures, and Citi Ventures. Founded in 2018, TRM Labs has expanded to the UK, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, and the United Arab Emirates.

Previously, ChainCatcher reported in December last year that TRM Labs announced the completion of a $60 million Series B funding round, led by Tiger Global.

It is reported that TRM Labs helps financial institutions and governments investigate instances of crypto fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes by analyzing blockchain data and packaging it into Statistical Analysis System (SAS) applications and APIs, enabling its clients to filter wallets and monitor transactions of over 900,000 assets across 23 different blockchains.
