MetaMask has launched a cross-chain bridge feature, supporting networks such as Ethereum and Avalanche
ChainCatcher news, the encrypted wallet MetaMask has now launched a cross-chain bridge feature in its Portfolio interface. Users can find a suitable cross-chain bridge by using the recommended bridges or by comparing all available options based on price and speed estimates. The currently integrated cross-chain bridges include Connext, Hop, Celer cBridge, and Polygon Bridge. During the testing phase, it supports popular EVM-compatible chains such as Ethereum, Avalanche, BSC, and Polygon, allowing for 1:1 bridging transfers of ETH/WETH, common stablecoins, and native gas tokens, enabling users to bridge up to $10,000 per transfer.
Previously, MetaMask launched the Portfolio Dapp last month, allowing users to aggregate their assets across multiple accounts and networks. (Source link)
