ChainCatcher news, a FinCEN document obtained by The New York Times shows that Twitter submitted a filing last week to venture into payment services.

Previously, Musk announced on November 2 that the price for Twitter Blue verification service would be set at $8 per month to address the issue of spam accounts and reward content creators. (source link)
