Solana Foundation: Re-staked 28.5 million SOL

ChainCatcher message, the Solana Foundation stated: "On November 2, due to changes in Hetzner's policy, Hetzner removed many independent validators of Solana. Therefore, as part of the Solana Foundation's delegation program, the Solana Foundation began to undelegate 28.5 million SOL from these validators. To re-stake with validators running in other locations, this plan took effect at epoch 370. While 28.5 million SOL were being undelegated during this epoch, the plan to undelegate has now been postponed, and all 28.5 million SOL have been re-staked." (source link)
