Web3 game and entertainment studio Heroic Story completes $6 million seed round financing, with participation from Multicoin Capital

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Web3 game and entertainment studio Heroic Story has completed a $6 million seed round financing, led by Upfront Ventures, with participation from Multicoin Capital, Polygon Technology, and angel investors including Jonathan Lai from Andreessen Horowitz and Wolfgang Hammer, head of films at Miramax.

It is reported that Heroic Story was founded in 2019 by brothers Jay and Scott Rosenkrantz at Y Combinator, aiming to reimagine traditional tabletop role-playing games (RPGs) like Dungeons & Dragons for the Web3 era. (The Block)
