The deadline for Celsius users to file claims in the bankruptcy case is January 3, 2023
ChainCatcher news, Celsius tweeted that the judge has approved its motion to set a claims deadline, with January 3 as the cutoff date. After this date, creditors who do not file a claim may not be eligible to receive a distribution from the case. Additionally, Celsius's next hearing is scheduled for December 5, where discussions regarding matters such as custodial and withholding accounts will be advanced.
It is reported that Celsius manages over $10 billion in assets and claims to have more than 1.7 million users. The company filed for bankruptcy protection in July of this year. (source link)
