The developer of "Grand Theft Auto" prohibits the use of NFTs on third-party servers

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Rockstar Games, the developer of Grand Theft Auto, has prohibited developers from integrating cryptocurrency or crypto assets such as NFTs on GTA servers.

In July, Minecraft developer Mojang Studios banned the use of NFTs on its servers. Valve, which operates the game store Steam, has stated that it does not want NFTs on its platform. Valve's competitor Epic Games has remained relatively neutral. The developer of Fortnite has allowed several games that use NFTs to enter the Epic Games Store. (The Block)
