ChainCatcher news, CryptoQuant co-founder and CEO Ki Young Ju tweeted that 10,000 bitcoins that had been dormant for 7 years were transferred today, "It comes from criminals, it's related to the BTC-e exchange wallet from the 2014 Mt. Gox hack, a few hours ago they sent 65 bitcoins, so this is not a government auction or anything like that." (source link)
