ChainCatcher news reports that, according to incomplete statistics, the total number of financing deals in the global Web3 sector in October was 76, a month-on-month decrease of 31.51%; the total financing amount was 850 million USD, a month-on-month decrease of 52%.

Among them, 10 projects from China raised 40 million USD. In terms of sectors, 4 of these projects are related to virtual humans, while there are two projects each for digital collection platforms and metaverse application scenarios. From the perspective of investment institutions, Hillhouse Capital and Shunwei Capital invested in the AI-driven technology service provider Huiye Technology, Huayi Brothers invested in metaverse entertainment, and Lenovo Capital, BlueFocus's Blueprint Haixing Fund, and Weiling Times invested in the underlying technology infrastructure service provider Digital Xusheng.
