The privacy public chain Aleo launches Testnet 3 incentive measures, with the initial portion used for validator incentives

ChainCatcher news, according to the official Twitter, the privacy public chain Aleo has announced the launch of Testnet 3 incentive measures, with an initial portion allocated for prover incentives. Aleo has reserved 25 million Aleo Credits for Testnet 3 incentives, of which 7.5 million Aleo Credits (30%) are for prover incentives.

The prover incentive period will last from December 2, 2022, 8:00 AM to January 27, 2023, 07:59 AM, or until the 7.5 million Aleo Credits are fully released, whichever comes first. The credits will be used as a payment mechanism for the Aleo mainnet and can be exchanged at a ratio of 5:1 when the mainnet goes live.

In a previous announcement in August, the privacy public chain Aleo stated that Testnet 3 would be launched in three phases, with the first phase aimed at developers already initiated.
