REN protocol releases proposal 2.0

ChainCatcher message, the REN protocol has released the proposal for version 2.0, which outlines how the Ren ecosystem will transition to version 2.0 and ensure its continued development. Despite the bankruptcy of Alameda, a Swiss non-profit foundation ("Ren Foundation") has been established, and new REN tokens will be minted and allocated to the Ren Foundation to fund the development of developers and the ecosystem.
