Reuters: SBF has hired white-collar lawyer Mark Cohen as his defense attorney

ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters, SBF spokesperson Mark Botnick confirmed that SBF has hired prominent white-collar attorney Mark Cohen as his defense lawyer. It is reported that Cohen is a former federal prosecutor and leads the white-collar criminal defense and regulatory group at Cohen & Gresser law firm, having won an insider trading case against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2014.
