Binance US CEO: Still has hundreds of millions in liquidity and is exploring more acquisition opportunities
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Binance US is exploring more acquisition opportunities after acquiring the bankrupt assets of Voyager Digital for $1.022 billion on Monday. Binance US CEO Brian Shroder stated in an interview, "As we focus on growth, we are also looking at several other distressed companies."
Brian Shroder mentioned that the purpose of the acquisition is to attract new users and assets to the Binance.US platform, as well as to add technologies, products, or services that are currently lacking. Although there is no dedicated acquisition fund, the exchange still has "hundreds of millions of dollars in liquid assets" in its growth round. (Bloomberg)
