Avalanche mainnet launches cross-chain communication feature between subnets

ChainCatcher news, the Avalanche mainnet has launched the cross-chain communication feature between subnets called Avalanche Warp Messaging (AWM). AWM is available in Golang and Rust VM SDKs, and can be used by any virtual machine builder.

It is reported that this feature will later be promoted to subnet-evm, providing native cross-chain communication capabilities for subnet creators. AWM offers native interoperability for Avalanche subnets without the need to develop additional cross-chain bridges for asset transfers and other functionalities. (source link)
