ChainCatcher news, Gemini co-founders Tyler Winklevoss and Cameron Winklevoss are facing a class-action lawsuit from investors, who accused Gemini in federal court in Manhattan yesterday of selling them interest-bearing accounts that were not registered as securities.

Last month, Gemini suspended withdrawals for its Earn product after its main partner Genesis Global faced a significant liquidity crisis due to the FTX collapse. Investors claim that if the product had been registered, they would have received timely disclosure information to help them better assess the risks. (Source link)
