MicroStrategy will launch a Bitcoin Lightning Network enterprise plugin in 2023

ChainCatcher news, MicroStrategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor stated that MicroStrategy will launch a Bitcoin Lightning Network enterprise plugin in 2023. "We are committed to enabling any business to set up a Lightning wallet and Lightning wallet infrastructure in an afternoon and deploy it to millions of users."

Saylor added that businesses can use the Lightning Network plugin to reward new users with a small amount of Bitcoin when they apply for a credit card online, and suggested that the Lightning wallet could be used to create paywalls or corporate security walls that require small payments to access private content.
