Fantom has passed the DApp Gas monetization governance proposal

ChainCatcher news, Fantom has approved the DApp Gas monetization governance proposal, which will implement Gas monetization design for successful DApps to monetize the transaction volume they generate, allowing more network fees to be directly redirected to DApps built on Fantom, aiming to attract excellent development talent to ensure healthy and sustainable network development.

ChainCatcher previously reported that the implementation of DApp Gas monetization will reduce Fantom's burn rate from 20% to 5%, redirecting this 15% reduction to Gas monetization, rewarding high-quality DApps, retaining talented creators, and supporting Fantom's network infrastructure.
