ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao stated at a conference in St. Moritz, Switzerland, that Binance will continue to scale in 2023, with a staff growth target between 15% and 30%. The exchange's team will increase from 3,000 in 2022 to 8,000. Plans for the coming year include improving technology and enhancing the efficiency of scaling cryptocurrency exchange operators, as well as investing in customer support.
