The IRS, SEC, and others join the list of Genesis creditors
ChainCatcher news, according to court documents submitted on Monday, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York are among the creditors of Genesis.
Genesis Global Holdco filed for bankruptcy protection in the Southern District of New York last week. In its bankruptcy filing, the company stated that it currently has over $150 million in cash, which can provide "sufficient liquidity" to support its business operations and drive the restructuring process.
