Swiss private bank Cité Gestion plans to tokenize its stocks

It is reported that Cité Gestion is an independent private bank established in 2009 in Switzerland. Cité Gestion stated that this move will be the first time a private bank issues shares in the form of ledger-based securities under Swiss law. According to the statement, Cité will collaborate with digital asset company Taurus to issue its tokenized shares, manage the smart contracts for creating the shares, and provide asset services for its securities.
