ChainCatcher news, U.S. District Court Judge Lewis Kaplan has approved a motion to publicly disclose the names of two SBF bail co-signers, which will be postponed until February 7 to allow for an appeal. If the court receives a notice of appeal, the stay will last until February 14.
In December last year, SBF was released on a $250 million bail, and eight media outlets, including Bloomberg and Reuters, requested the judge to disclose the names of the two individuals who provided the $250 million bail. (The Block)
