ChainCatcher news, Berkshire Hathaway (BRK) Vice Chairman Charlie Munger commented in an article in The Wall Street Journal titled "Why America Should Ban Cryptocurrency," once again calling for the U.S. to follow China's lead and ban cryptocurrencies.

Charlie Munger attributes the rise of cryptocurrencies to regulatory gaps, believing that crypto assets are neither money, commodities, nor securities. In the article, Charlie Munger wrote: "This is a gambling contract with a casino advantage of nearly 100%. The U.S. should now enact a new federal law to prevent this from happening." (Source link)
