ChainCatcher news, the Maker Constitution draft proposed by the MakerDAO community plans to allocate 20,000 MKR (approximately $14 million) to the Scientific Sustainability Fund to address global warming issues. The Scientific Sustainability Fund is a temporary measure that will gradually end by 2040.

The draft states that the Scientific Sustainability Fund will use the funds for advocacy, education, and combating misinformation about energy solutions, prohibiting direct funding of coal energy, and enforcing through a real-world asset collateral framework. (source link)
