Voyager has reached a settlement agreement with FTX/Alameda, and Alameda will withdraw its $75 million claim

ChainCatcher news, the unsecured creditors' committee of the crypto lending platform Voyager tweeted that it has reached a settlement agreement with Voyager and FTX/Alameda that effectively resolves the disputes between the parties. This agreement not only protects resources but also provides direct material benefits to Voyager's creditors. Among them, Alameda has agreed to withdraw its $75 million claim against Voyager or allocate such claims to Voyager OpCo, which will be in the interest of Voyager's creditors; Alameda has also agreed to waive any rights to distributions arising from its equity in Voyager or contribute such equity to Voyager OpCo.

In addition, Voyager may reserve all claims against FTX/Alameda related to failed sales transactions, and FTX/Alameda will not oppose Voyager's bankruptcy plan. Both parties will participate in expedited mediation regarding Voyager's claims against FTX, FTX's priority claims against Voyager, and other matters. (source link)
