Cardano co-founder: Has signed a confidentiality agreement with CoinDesk, but the transaction is quite difficult

ChainCatcher news, Cardano co-founder Charles Hoskinson revealed in an AMA on YouTube that he has signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with CoinDesk, but declined to disclose details. However, Charles Hoskinson stated that the acquisition of CoinDesk is quite challenging and may ultimately not happen.

Previous news, CoinDesk stated in January this year that it is seeking to sell part or all of its business to raise funds for future development. The acquisition price for CoinDesk could be around $200 million. (Source link)
