Data: MakerDAO co-founders purchased over 20,000 MKR in nearly three and a half months

ChainCatcher news, March 1, according to on-chain observer @BitcoinEmber data monitoring, MakerDAO co-founder Rune has purchased approximately 20,449 MKR through 0x since November 14, 2022. Currently, Rune's address holds 108,893 MKR, valued at about 100 million USD, accounting for 11% of the total MKR supply. The funds for Rune's MKR purchases came from the sale of LDO; since November 14, 2022, Rune has sold 9.948 million LDO, earning 16.74 million USD, while spending 13.96 million USD to purchase MKR.

According to OKX market data, MKR is currently priced at 918.56 USDT, with a 24H increase of 16.19%. (source link)
