Ethereum ERC-4337 account abstraction smart contract launched
ChainCatcher news, Ethereum Foundation security researcher Yoav Weiss announced at WalletCon in Denver that the ERC-4337 account abstraction contract has passed Open Zeppelin's audit and will be available on every Ethereum EVM-compatible network, including Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche, and Gnosis Chain. ERC-4337 allows new users to enter the decentralized crypto world without needing to learn complex mnemonics or go through the technical process of setting up a wallet. (Cointelegraph)
