Paddle Shield: U.S. law enforcement agencies transferred 49,000 seized BTC, with over 9,800 transferred to Coinbase addresses

ChainCatcher news, according to monitoring data from PeckShield, addresses related to U.S. law enforcement have transferred 49,000 BTC (worth approximately $1 billion) to Coinbase (over 9,800 BTC), an address starting with bc1qf2 (over 30,000 BTC), and an address starting with bc1qe7 (about 9,000 BTC).

It is reported that this portion of BTC was seized by U.S. law enforcement in November 2021 and March 2022 from the illegal proceeds of Silk Road. (Source link)
