Starknet DAO will initiate its first governance vote on March 21 to decide on the Alpha v0.11.0 upgrade

ChainCatcher news, the Starknet DAO will begin the decentralized governance process, and the community will vote for the first time to approve whether to initiate its latest protocol upgrade Starknet Alpha v0.11.0. The DAO has chosen March 21 as the start date for the upgrade voting period, which will be conducted via Snapshot and is expected to take six days to complete.

Additionally, the first phase of Starknet governance will focus on protocol upgrades, and community members will be able to vote on each protocol upgrade released. Each successful vote will result in the launch of a new protocol version on the Starknet mainnet.
