Ark Invest's new cryptocurrency fund has raised over $16 million
ChainCatcher news, according to a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Wednesday, Cathie Wood's Ark Invest has raised over $16 million for a new cryptocurrency fund.
The fund has two versions, one in the U.S. and one in the Cayman Islands, with the U.S. fund raising $7,281,630 from 9 investors, while the Cayman Islands fund raised $8,993,330 from a single investor. Both funds opened for investment on March 1 and do not have a specific fundraising target, as they are private funds open only to a limited number of investors. (source link)
