Data: Zero-fee trading pairs account for about 60% of Binance's total trading volume

2023-03-23 08:23:10

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk citing Kaiko data, zero-fee trading pairs account for about 60% of Binance's total trading volume. This measure has helped Binance increase its market share from 50% in July last year to 72%. Therefore, Binance's restriction on zero-fee trading may reduce its market share.

Previously reported, Binance resumed some BTC transaction fees and BUSD order fees on March 22. Zhao Changpeng stated that they are shifting zero-fee Bitcoin trading from BUSD to TUSD. (source link)
