ChainCatcher news, according to a report by blockchain media Protos citing a Montenegrin criminal defense lawyer, Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon shared a living space with one or two people during his 10-day COVID quarantine, but after the quarantine period, he will enter a detention center. The conditions there are much worse than in the quarantine area, with rooms only 8 square meters, housing 10-11 people, and no beds. Detainees are allowed to "walk around the block" for 30 minutes each day and can purchase basic necessities from a small shop.

The lawyer pointed out that they believe "it will take at least a year" to reach any extradition agreement. Kwon will first face criminal charges in Montenegrin court, and the trial may take about four to five months. If Kwon's case is found guilty, the details of his case could lead to a sentence of 6 months to 5 years in prison, and the extradition process will take at least four to five months. (source link)
