ZetaChain releases white paper: Omnichain supports synchronous multi-chain development, ZetaEVM supports all EVM features and interactions
ChainCatcher news, Layer1 public chain ZetaChain has released the white paper version 1.0. The white paper states that ZetaChain aims to provide a public L1 blockchain with built-in interoperability that can connect with any chain (even non-smart contract chains like Bitcoin). Omnichain smart contracts can access and manage assets and data on the connected network from a single point of logic, hosted on ZetaChain's ZetaEVM (zEVM) module, which supports all EVM functionalities and interactions, as well as calls to contracts on zEVM from external chains.
Additionally, developers can build applications on ZetaChain using either synchronous (Omnichain smart contracts) and asynchronous (cross-chain messaging) architectures or a combination of both. (Source link)
