ChainCatcher news, regarding the lawsuit between Grayscale and the SEC, Bloomberg's senior litigation analyst Elliot Stein stated that we believe the SEC has a 60% chance of support, but we now think Grayscale has a 70% chance of winning.

It is reported that Grayscale CEO Michael Sonnenshein expects a ruling on his company's lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for rejecting the Bitcoin spot ETF to be made in the third quarter of this year.

Sonnenshein also stated that all resources are being mobilized to fight a legal battle with the U.S. SEC. If the U.S. regulatory agency remains unwilling to recognize the Bitcoin ETF as a legitimate security, the company will not hesitate to take the case to the Supreme Court if necessary. Additionally, he promised that if the ETF business receives approval from the regulatory agency, the fee rates will be lowered to benefit customers. (source link)
