ChainCatcher news, Tesla (TSLA) stated in its latest earnings report that the company did not buy or sell any Bitcoin in the first quarter of 2023. As of the end of the first quarter, Tesla's digital assets were valued at $184 million, unchanged from the fourth quarter of 2022. Despite a significant increase in Bitcoin prices at the end of the first quarter, the valuation of Bitcoin remained unchanged due to current accounting standards not allowing such gains to be recognized.
