ChainCatcher news, the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) stated that it will provide a "fast track" for cryptocurrency companies already registered in France to comply with the stricter MiCA rules. The existing French regime (known as PSAN) and MiCA will now "consider possible fast modular licensing," which includes stricter governance, consumer protection, and financial stability rules.

According to MiCA regulations, companies already registered in France will receive an additional 18 months to comply with the stricter MiCA rules. (source link)
