The social network MeWe will integrate with the Polkadot parachain Frequency

ChainCatcher news, Polkadot announced yesterday at Consensus 2023 that the social network MeWe, with 20 million users, will integrate with Polkadot's parachain Frequency blockchain network. The announcement added that the company will begin transferring its user accounts to the network this quarter.

It is reported that MeWe was launched in 2012, claiming to be a "Facebook alternative" with better privacy protection. After Twitter banned Trump's social account, some users began to migrate to MeWe. Frequency was launched as a Polkadot parachain last November. (CoinDesk)
