ChainCatcher news, LayerZero has launched the validator extension technology Essence, allowing validators to start and run validators within 1 hour. Previously, validators needed several months to build and required the support of a complete devops team.

It is reported that with Essence, teams can easily scale their validator sets to 10, 100, or even 1000 validators. The official statement indicates that this is the first step towards v2, and currently, the validator waiting list has exceeded 50 entities.
