Mastercard will seek to collaborate with more cryptocurrency trading platforms to expand its cryptocurrency payment card program
ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters, Mastercard will seek to expand its cryptocurrency payment card program by partnering with more cryptocurrency exchanges. Currently, Mastercard has collaborated with cryptocurrency exchanges including Binance, Nexo, and Gemini to offer cryptocurrency-related payment cards in several countries. Raj Dhamodharan, Mastercard's head of crypto and blockchain, stated, "There are already dozens of partners globally offering crypto card programs." Additionally, he declined to comment specifically on the lawsuit against Binance by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), but noted that any card program undergoes "thorough due diligence" and is subject to ongoing monitoring.
