A U.S. court has ordered the SEC to respond to the petition filed by Coinbase within 10 days

ChainCatcher news, Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal stated on social media that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit has ordered the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to respond to Coinbase's petition for a mandatory injunction within 10 days. Coinbase, as the petitioner, may submit a reply within 7 days from the date of submission of the response.

Previous report, on April 25, Coinbase sued the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to compel the SEC to respond to its petition aimed at establishing specific rules for digital assets. (Source link)
