ChainCatcher news, according to official information, OKX Chief Innovation Officer Jason Lau tweeted that OKX places great importance on the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem. As early as two years ago, they supported the Bitcoin Lightning Network, with the original intention of allowing users to enjoy services with lower fees and faster speeds through the Lightning Network.

It is reported that recently, with the rise of the Ordinals protocol and the BRC-20 standard, more and more projects are being built on the Bitcoin network, leading to a continuous increase in Bitcoin network transaction volume, causing issues such as network congestion and rising transaction fees. However, due to OKX's early layout of the Bitcoin Lightning Network, they have not yet been affected.
