The circulating supply of USDC has fallen to about 30.1 billion as of last weekend

According to ChainCatcher news, data from Circle's official website shows that from April 27 to May 4, Circle issued approximately 600 million USDC and redeemed about 1 billion USDC, resulting in a decrease of approximately 400 million in circulation. In the past 30 days, Circle issued about 2.3 billion USDC and redeemed approximately 4.9 billion USDC, leading to a decrease of about 2.6 billion in circulation. As of May 4, the total circulation of USDC was approximately 30.1 billion, with a reserve amount of 30.2 billion USD. (source link)
