ChainCatcher message, Arbitrum tweeted that it will send all surplus revenue generated from transaction fees to their respective DAOs, and the Arbitrum DAO has accumulated approximately 3352 ETH in revenue.

All users on Arbitrum One need to pay fees when transacting on the network. The fees are divided into two parts: 1. L1 fees used to pay for costs on Ethereum. 2. L2 fees paid for Arbitrum fees. Excess L1 fees and all L2 fees will accumulate on-chain before being sent to the DAO. A significant portion of the L1 fees is retained by the Sequencer.

The Arbitrum DAO has accumulated a total of approximately 3352 ETH in revenue, and the Sequencer will refund about 5954 ETH, which is the cost of publishing all data to the Ethereum network. (source link)
