ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the U.S.-based Bitcoin mining company Marathon Digital has disclosed a new subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company stated that the subpoena is related to its mining facility in Hardin, Montana, and the SEC "may be investigating whether there have been any violations of federal securities laws."
