ChainCatcher news, according to The Block's data dashboard, Binance held a 62% market share of cryptocurrency spot trading volume in February, which has since declined to around 47% this month. Nevertheless, Binance remains the largest spot cryptocurrency trading platform in the world.

Binance Chief Strategy Officer Patrick Hillmann stated in an interview last week, "We currently have a lot of market share. We feel there is no need to take more market share. In fact, we want more competition. Competition is good for the market and good for the industry." Meanwhile, competitors of Binance, including OKX and Coinbase, have seen an increase in market share in recent months. (source link)
