According to ChainCatcher news, Lookonchain monitored that a certain whale, which had been dormant for 2.4 years, created a smart contract 3 hours ago and staked 4,032 ETH (worth approximately 7.4 million USD).
This whale was a participant in the Ethereum ICO and received 60,000 ETH during the Ethereum Genesis. (Source link)
