Topia releases the first Layer2 shared DA layer protocol at the Edcon Super Demo in Montenegro
ChainCatcher message, Topia launched the first Layer2 shared data availability layer protocol at the Montenegro Edcon Super Demo, aimed at bringing an interconnected data availability layer for Ethereum's Layer2, facilitating the data availability of thousands of Layer2s in the future. At the same time, Topia will create a dedicated Layer2 for this DA layer network, where all applications built on Topia storage and Layer2, regardless of their diversity and quantity, will share the same Topia storage.
It is reported that the cross-chain communication POC achieved through the shared DA layer released by Topia is currently the first Layer2 shared DA layer protocol, which will achieve two-phase goals for the Ethereum ecosystem in the future: first, to provide a shared DA layer specifically optimized for Ethereum Layer2; second, to enable data communication between Layer2s, realizing "Layer2 data interconnection."
