According to ChainCatcher news, a report from blockchain security company CertiK on May 21 stated that the DeFi protocol WDZD Swap on the BSC chain was hacked on May 19, resulting in a loss of 1.1 million dollars. The stolen Binance-Pegged ETH has been bridged to the BNB Smart Chain.

It is reported that the attacker conducted 9 malicious transactions, draining 609 Binance-Pegged ETH from contracts associated with the WDZD Swap project, which was worth 1.1 million dollars at the time of the attack. The attacker is a hacker marked on-chain as "Fake_Phishing750," who had previously attacked another protocol called "Swap X."

Currently, the official Telegram channel of WDZD Swap has been muted and is set to allow only administrators to post. (Source link)
