ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, the 88th Legislative Session of Texas will end on May 29, U.S. time, and the bills related to the digital asset sector have not yet passed. The proposal was referred to the State Affairs Committee on April 24, aiming to amend provisions in Texas utility and tax regulations to increase restrictions on cryptocurrency mining companies. Lawmakers may not be able to address the proposal until the next regular session begins in January 2025. (Source link)
