Starknet will launch version v0.12.0, focusing on improving network throughput

ChainCatcher news, the Ethereum Layer2 scaling solution Starknet will launch Starknet Alpha v0.12.0, focusing on improving network throughput to enhance scalability and transaction latency. This new version will bring significant improvements to the sequencer, including sequencer performance, cancellation of Pending status, and block hash system calls.

Currently, Starknet has introduced a new Rust implementation for the sequencer, which will have more efficient local storage and critical path logic to significantly reduce transaction confirmation wait times and address network congestion issues. (Source link)
